Iframe Title

iFrames need to have accessible titles and content to ensure they can be properly navigated by screen readers.

Problem

If Iframes don't have titles, screen reader users may not be able to determine the content or purpose of the Iframe.
This often occurs when embedding YouTube or Vimeo videos because their standard code doesn't contain a title attribute.
