The University of Melbourne Indonesia Alumni Association aims to provide all alumni, especially those who are in the greater Jakarta area and western part of Indonesia, with opportunities to expand their social and professional connections through regular events. They are committed to providing peer support for all alumni and are also passionate about giving back to the community by collaborating with alumni and various community partners.

Executive Committee
Debby Reynata, President
Debby holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Melbourne, graduating in 2011. She began her career at HSBC Indonesia as a Management Associate and progressed to the role of Vice President in Corporate Banking. She then brought her expertise to PT Harum Energy Tbk, where she served as Corporate Finance and ESG Coordinator, playing a key role in aligning financial strategy with sustainability goals. Today, Debby is the CEO and founder of TruCarbon, a company dedicated to driving impactful climate transition solutions.
Adrian Zandri Hendro, Secretary
Adrian earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Melbourne in 2019. Motivated to explore the role of innovation in business, he later pursued a Master of Business Innovation at Monash University Indonesia, which he recently completed. He is currently a participant in the Officer Development Program (ODP) at a Bank in Indonesia. During his time in Melbourne, Adrian was actively involved in student and community activities, and continues to stay connected through his engagement in alumni initiatives.
Bella Putri Mustikarini, Treasurer
Bella Putri Mustikarini graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Economics. Since then, she has been pursuing her interest by working independently in the fields of creative and performance marketing. Over the past four years, she has collaborated with a range of clients across America, Europe, Asia, and Australia, gaining experience in cross-cultural communication and digital strategy.
