Has the responsible officer run an event in the Old Quad before?:

Your hire period will automatically include up to 2 hours prior to event start time for set up, and 1 hour after event conclusion for pack down. All supplier deliveries and collections should occur during this hire period. If you require extra time, please advise and state reasoning below. Please note additional fees may be charged.
Requested Space – Please select all that apply: After hours events in Level 1 spaces automatically include hire of the Foyer for guest entry and exit. After hours access through Treasury (from the courtyard) is not included unless specifically requested.

Acknowledgement of Booking Terms: * (One tick box at the end – mandatory to submit enquiry)ü I acknowledge that I have read the Old Quad Venue Hire Guide.ü I acknowledge that OVC (Office of the Vice Chancellor) bookings take priority at Old Quad and may override other bookings where necessary. ü I acknowledge that the Venue and Servicing Fees contribute to the ongoing upkeep of the Old Quad building and its assets and are mandatory for all events.ü I acknowledge that I am responsible for booking in mandatory University services for my event as per the Old Quad Venue Hire Guide; including Event Support for venue supervision for duration of hire period and security for afterhours events.ü I acknowledge that suppliers and event equipment must be bumped in and out via the Western Entry opposite the Old Arts building, and not via either of the two main entries.ü I acknowledge that I am the responsible officer for the event and will be onsite for the duration of the hire period.
