Single Subject Study

What is Single Subject Study?

Offered through the University's Community Access Program, Single Subject Study is the ability to take individual subjects on their own, rather than as part of a degree.

Who is it for?

Single Subject Study is popular with professionals seeking to learn new knowledge without committing to a degree, as well as individuals who are interested in particular subject matter.

It is also commonly used by prospective students to meet particular subject prerequisites for a degree - for instance mathematics or laboratory science requirements.

What CAIDE subjects are available for Single Subject Study?

Several subjects taught by CAIDE are available to be taken as Single Subject Study, including LAWS10009 AI, Ethics and the Law, as well as LAWS90165 AI and Consumer Protection Law.

Subject availability through the Community Access Program can be found in the subject handbook entry under the 'Further Information' tab.
