A number of different professional development opportunities are available to support staff in developing GenAI literacy and skills.

  • Centre for the Study of Higher Education

    The CSHE offers seminars and workshops on AI and teaching, learning and assessment.

  • Teaching and Learning Innovation

    A variety of workshops are available via the TLI team, including practical, hands-on sessions, all-University events and faculty-specific bookings.

  • Melbourne MicroCerts

    Melbourne Professional Education offers a number of MicroCerts taught by University experts.

  • GenAI literacy program

    The program is designed to help University staff build the confidence, awareness, and practical skills needed to use generative AI thoughtfully in their professional and administrative work.
