Jackson Streader (he/him)

Jackson is a Master of Mechanical Engineering student with a background in neuroscience. He loves building things and has real practice creating novel solutions to tricky problems. He has worked across aerospace and energy, cutting defect rates on Boeing 787 production lines and diagnosing failures in solar infrastructure.

Engineers design the systems the world runs on, yet too few treat climate as their responsibility. That frustrates Jackson. He wants to prove technical skill is one of the most powerful tools we have for the energy transition.

In the Fellowship, he wants to build something with tangible impact. He also wants to feel the friction of solving sustainability problems with people who come at them from completely different angles.

Away from engineering, Jackson spent a semester at St Andrews that left him quite in love with Scotland.
