Hardik Maheshwari (he/him)

Hardik is studying a Master of Management specialising in entrepreneurship and innovation. He brings a background in information technology and a long curiosity about where technology meets business. Before moving to Australia, he helped found and grow a digital services company.

During his undergraduate studies, Hardik prototyped a sustainability startup around carbon footprints and carbon credits. It won several national competitions, including one at BITS Pilani. He grew up in an agricultural family in Rajasthan and still wonders how organic, sustainable produce could reach further into the world.

As a Wattle Fellow, Hardik wants to work out how technology and business can genuinely serve sustainability.

Outside his studies, he loves theatre and acting, having used street theatre with his college society to raise awareness of social and environmental issues.
