Tobias Miliankos-King (he/him)
Bachelor of Science
Originally from a small country town in the King Valley (Bpangerang Country), Tobias moved to Melbourne to study a major in Electrical Engineering. He has fallen in love with the problem of environmental sustainability and science communication. He is all about expanding his thinking and exposing himself to new perspectives. He wants to combine this with his passions for engineering, politics and business to create a real impact and help Australia become a global powerhouse in sustainability and renewable energy.
Tobias’ passions extend beyond technical challenges; he is equally drawn to cultural and systemic ones, especially those related to climate change. Through the Wattle Fellowship, he’s excited to combine his strengths and interests to create solutions that will prepare future generations for the realities of climate change. He can’t wait to contribute to something truly meaningful.
In his spare time, you’ll find Tobias running, playing sports, spending time outdoors, photographing wildlife, exploring beautiful places and cooking a meal to share with those he loves most.
