Amelia is pursuing a Master of Public Policy and Management as an Australia Awards Scholar, driven by a passion for the intersection of policy, innovation, and sustainability. Her academic and professional journey has been dedicated to understanding and leveraging the synergies between these fields to foster impactful change.

She is particularly interested in bridging the gap to empower women-led SMEs with digitalisation and skills development, recognizing their potential to champion sustainable practices and drive economic growth especially in Indonesia.

Her background includes hands-on experience in international development projects within the ASEAN region, working with multi-stakeholders from government agencies, startups, and academics in regional and international forums. She hopes to bring her nuanced understanding of regional dynamics and cross-cultural collaboration to her Wattle Fellowship journey.

In her spare time, she enjoys long walks with long conversations, watching musicals, and is a spicy food enthusiast!
