MEC Student Incubator
The MEC Student Incubator is a structured, hands-on experience built around the founder's mindset: Curiosity, Resilience and Action.
Open to all currently enrolled University of Melbourne students, you'll learn, build and test your idea alongside a cohort of like-minded peers through fortnightly sessions.
What you'll do
You'll validate the problem you're solving, develop the fundamentals of a startup and, for teams ready to take the next step, work through the practical side of setting up a real company.
Teams that complete program milestones can also receive up to $3,000 to help establish their venture.
With access to resources, industry exposure, mentorship and the wider MEC community, you'll have support at every stage.
Throughout the program, you will:
