Privacy Collection Notice

The University requires you to verify your identity for your submission to the Emma Johnston Condolence Book. We will collect your email and name for the purposes of verifying your identity and to post to this website. Your name as you entered will appear with your statement if approved.
For your tribute to be reviewed for moderation, you must verify your email address by using the link in the verification email we will send you.
Your personal information will be retained for the duration of the Condolences website publication. Once the website is decommissioned, your information will be disposed in accordance with the University's Retention and Disposal Authority.
By submitting, you acknowledge that:

1. Your message will be respectful and suitable for public visibility.
2. Your message will not be considered for publication until the verification email process has been completed for your email account.
3. The University retains the right to not approve or remove posts from this website at our discretion.
