Biography
Elise Park is a Research Assistant at the Melbourne Centre for Cities, working on the Disinformation in the City project.
Elise holds a Bachelor of Science in Development Studies from Lund University, and a Master of Science in Security Risk Management from the University of Copenhagen. She is currently completing her PhD at Monash Sustainable Development Institute, where she is investigating more-than-human governance pathways in Australian bushfire management.
Elise has a background in engineering consulting, providing security advisory and design services for infrastructure projects in Defence, Telecommunications and Transport sectors across the Asia Pacific. She also has experience in the non-profit space, with a focus on atrocity crimes prevention and hunger alleviation.
