How to create/edit Council bio page
Step 1
Make a Clone of "Council member bio - TEMPLATE" - make the name of the page the name of the person and make the page visible
Step 2
Upload photo of the person for the bio page (sqaure 1:1 ratio recommended) as a child of the bio page - you can also upload another photo for the thumbnail used in the listing on the Alumni council page if the in page photo does not suit.
Step 3
On the Details page of the new bio page change the Thumbnail file to the thumbnail photo you uploaded - choose appropriate image variety if available.
Step 4
On the Matadata page of the new bio page:
- change the text in the "Content >Introductory text field" - this text is what will appear below the person's photo and name in the listing on the Alumni council page.
- set "Content > Display introductory text" field to "hide"
Step 5
On the Content page of the new bio page in the "Text - figure floating" component, change the image to the photo you uploaded to use on the bio page.
Step. 6
Edit remaining content as needed.
- If you move or delete content blocks you may need to change background colour selection.
- Take care not to delete the nested content.
