Compliance program

 

All Faculties and Departments that are responsible for trusts are required, on an annual basis, to report to the Trusts Group about trust-related decisions and expenditure.

The aim of the compliance program is to ensure each trust is being performed according to the prescribed terms (as stated in the Unversity trust record), and otherwise looks at the accountability framework of Deans and Heads of Departments, as a means of informing the Vice-Chancellor on issues to be reported to the Council of the University.
