Trusts at the University

Contacts

The University assists donors who are contemplating making a gift to the University.  The first point of contact for all donors is the Advancement staff of the relevant faculty, or the University's Advancement Office.

If a donor proposes an unusual or complex gift, Advancement staff at the University will liaise with the Trusts Group as required, for example to suggest to a donor the possible wording of a clause in a Will, subject to such separate advice as the donor may wish to obtain in the circumstances.

The University cannot provide legal or taxation advice to donors, including advice whether a particular proposed gift made during the donor's lifetime will be tax-deductible.
