World Music Concert: African Music and Dance and World Music Choir

Each semester, students from across the University of Melbourne learn to perform traditional and popular music from around the world. This evening, Dr Joseph Jordania leads a choir of several hundred students in singing traditional and contemporary songs from China, Africa, Europe and the Americas. Chris Lesser then leads the African Music and Dance Ensemble in performing traditional music from West Africa.
