New confirmed case of COVID-19

The University of Melbourne has been advised that a student has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past week. They are currently overseas and we continue to offer our support.

The University urges any members of our community who are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, however mild, to seek advice and get tested. Symptoms include fever, chills or sweats, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, runny nose, and loss or change in sense of taste or smell. Please follow the latest Victorian Department of Health advice, call the dedicated hotlines on 1800 675 398 (Victoria) or 1800 020 080 (national), OR call your GP and follow their advice.

The University is pleased to report that there have been no new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the past week.

The University is pleased to report that there have been no new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the past eight weeks.
