Shijie Huang is a PhD student in Decision, Risk and Financial Sciences doctoral program. He obtained his Bachelor degree in Commerce with double major in Accounting and Finance (2015), and Honours in Finance (2016), both at the University of Melbourne. He spent one semester on exchange at the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California.
Shijie's current research mainly focuses on behavioural finance, human decision making, reinforcement learning and algorithmic trading. He also has a general interest in the areas of derivative securities, as well as entrepreneurship, venture capital and private equity.
