Peter Wu is a graduate student in the Decision, Risk and Financial Sciences Program. He obtained his Bachelor degree in Commerce with double major in Economics and Finance (2019), and Honours in Finance (2020), both at the University of Melbourne. During his Honours year, he investigated the relationship between electoral information and volatility of the stock market in the U.S., as well as examining the effect of political preference on the stock market participation of U.S. households. Peter is also employed as a Tutor in the Department of Finance.
Peter’s current research interests are behavioural finance, human decision-making and computational complexity.
