About Kristof

Kristof Keidel is a joint PhD student enrolled in the doctoral programs of the University of Bonn, Germany, (Psychology) and the University of Melbourne, Australia (Decision, Risk and Financial Sciences Program). He obtained his Bachelor (2017) and Master (2020) degrees in psychology, both at the University of Bonn. During his studies, he worked as a research assistant in the Section of Social and Legal Psychology (University of Bonn). Since 2020, Kristof is a research worker at the Section of Cognitive Psychology at the University of Bonn, managing projects within the scope of his PhD (online and laboratory studies, using fMRI and eye-tracking, among other methods) and teaching Bachelor and Master courses of psychology.

Kristof’s current research interests include impulsive decision making, cognitive neuroscience as well as visual imagery and aphantasia.
