Starting in 2024, CAIDE has begun to produce 'LawTech Snapshot' reports, aimed at providing a research resource of current statements of use and policy towards generative AI across legal practice. This spans both domestic and overseas jurisdictions, and includes examples of use by law firms, community legal centres and government organisations, as well as policies and other guidance from law societies, courts and regulators.
We will continue to publish new editions of this resource, updated to account for the fast pace of movement in this field. Additions and suggestions for future editions are always welcome.
