Rachel D'Souza is a dynamic and results-driven marketing professional with more than 6 years of experience in the field. She has an exceptional track record of driving results through innovative digital and traditional marketing strategies across a range of industries, including education, e-commerce, and tourism.

Rachel currently works as a Digital Marketing Specialist with Tourism Tasmania, the government organisation in charge of marketing Australia’s only island state and encouraging holiday travel among national and international audiences. Her work involves collaborating with key stakeholders to plan, develop and execute effective advertising campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.

Rachel's passion for continuous learning and self-development led her to pursue a Masters of Management (Marketing) degree from the University of Melbourne. During her time at university, she was actively involved with professional committees such as the Students Association of Management & Marketing (SAMM), where she served as Marketing Director.

Rachel is a strong advocate for mentorship and is committed to equipping the next generation of marketers with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed in their careers. As a member of the Tasmanian chapter of the Australian Marketing Institute (AMI), she was elected to serve as a State Committee Member.

In her free time, Rachel enjoys staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and attending industry conferences and events. She is also an avid traveller, with a passion for exploring new cultures and experiencing new things.
