I would like to promote stronger links between alumni and the University through mentoring programs, alumni events, and engagement with the Faculties.

Associate Professor Sarah Ellis is the Head of the ACRF (Australian Cancer Research Foundation) Centre for Imaging the Tumour Environment at the Olivia Newton-John Cancer Research Institute (ONJCRI).

Sarah has a passion for understanding the processes driving the onset and development of leukaemia and lymphoma using advanced state-of-the-art technology. In collaboration with her colleagues at ONJCRI and elsewhere, Sarah also helps drive other cancer research projects through her expertise in imaging and image analysis. Her ultimate aim is to assist in the discovery of novel therapeutic targets to combat cancer and increase longevity of patients.
