Researchers other than Administrative Staff wishing to access records held in the custody of the University Secretary’s Department must first complete an Access Form. Authority to gain access can be obtained from the University Secretary by submitting the completed Access Form via email or mail.
To help us help you, the following information (if available) is requested:
- what committee/committees were involved in the event or decision made
- estimated date of the event or decision made
- specific information required

Records older than 25 years have been transferred to University Archives. Queries relating to transferred records can be made at University Archives Shop Front in the Baillieu Library.
