Call for Nominations for Staff Equity Group
Nominations are called for the election of ONE member by and from the ACADEMIC staff and ONE member by and from the PROFESSIONAL staff to the Staff Equity Group (SEG) in an election to be held on 26th April 2013.
The term of office is two years from 1st May 2013 to 30th April 2015.
To be eligible to be a candidate, staff must have employment with the University at least to the end of the term of office.
Academic staff candidates must be nominated and seconded by academic staff. Professional staff candidates must be nominated and seconded by professional staff.
Nominations must reach the office of the University Secretary, 6th Floor, Raymond Priestley Building, The University of Melbourne, 3010 by 5-00pm on Friday 5th April 2013. Nominees may submit with their nomination form an election statement of no more than 200 words.

If the number of nominations exceeds the number of vacancies, an electronic ballot will be conducted from 22nd to 26th April 2013.
