How do I raise an issue with the Committee?

Graduates who wish to raise a matter for consideration by the Committee of Convocation are invited to email brief details to Graduate Query.

To enable us to allocate the matter to an appropriate member of the Committee please begin the title of your email with an indication of the Faculty in which you graduated

e.g	Arts re Progress of Universitas 21 Engineering re Progress of Universitas 21

This is a new facility intended to enhance communication between the Committee of Convocation and the graduates it represents.

Graduates will be advised by email of the outcome of the Committee’s consideration of matters raised.
