Economics Wilfred Prest Travelling Fellowship
Donor:
Mrs Marjorie Prest established the Wilfred Prest Travelling Fellowship in memory of her late husband, Wilfred Prest, CBE, who was the Truby Williams Professor of Economics from 1946 until his retirement 1972.
Eligibility: Economics graduates of the University who are aged not more than 27 years
Selection Criteria: not supplied
Special Conditions: This fellowship provides for recipients to continue their studies in the economics field at an overseas university or other research institution approved by the council. The fellowship is tenable for one year. The council may on the recommendation of the selection committee extend the tenure for a further consecutive year.
