The Advancement Advisory Group advises the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (University Affairs) on policy and strategy for University-wide Development, Alumni Relations and Advancement Services.

Terms of Reference

The Advisory Group will

  1. 1. Approve and monitor the Advancement Policy and Procedures adopted by the University
  2. 2. Approve on behalf of Council limited fund-raising Campaigns
  3. 3. Consider proposals for major fundraising Campaigns to be recommended to Council
  4. Receive reports and advise on
    1. the Alumni Relations program
    2. the Annual Appeal
    3. the Major Gifts program
    4. the Wills and Bequests program
    5. Advancement Services

Deputy Vice Chancellor (University Affairs) (chair)
Vice-Principal Advancement
Dean or senior academic nominee of each Faculty
2 staff with expertise in Advancement
