Senior Management Portfolios

Decision-Making Mechanisms

New senior meeting arrangements replaced the Planning and Budget Committee’s sub-committees in mid 2008. Authority for decisions within portfolios is now invested in the portfolio head, rather than with a committee. The portfolio heads will make their decisions informed by advisory groups.
