Preamble
The purpose of regular meetings between the Academic Board and Heads of Colleges and Halls of Residence is to exchange views and information about academic matters of mutual interest and concern. Management issues that are of common interest will be the subject of separate meetings between the Vice-Principal and Academic Registrar and the Executive Committee of the Heads of Colleges and Halls of Residence.

The Vice-Chancellor
The Provost or a Deputy Vice Chancellor as nominated by the Vice-Chancellor
The President of the Academic Board
The Vice-Principal and Academic Registrar (or nominee)
Five members appointed by the Academic Board
Heads of Colleges and Halls of Residence:
The Warden, Graduate House
The Head, International House
The Principal, Janet Clarke Hall
The Principal, Medley Hall
The Rector, Newman College
The Master, Ormond College
The Master, Queen's College
The Warden, Ridley College
The Principal, St. Hilda's College
The Principal, St. Mary's College
The Warden, Trinity College
The Head, University College
The Principal, Whitley College
- Chairperson
The Committee shall be chaired by a person appointed by the Academic Board.
- Terms of Reference
3.1 To serve as a means of exchanging information on academic matters such as subjects and courses, student selection and discipline, student progress, scholarships, Orientation and Discovery Day and related matters.
3.2 To consider and report to the Academic Board on matters of common academic interest and concern to the Colleges and University.
- Meetings
The Committee shall meet at least twice a year.
