The Landscape and Open Space Sub-committee is a subcommittee of the Building and Estates Committee and provides advice to it on the development of the landscape and open space at University campuses.
A Chairperson with landscape design expertise appointed by the Chairperson of the Buildings and Estates Committee
Up to four additional members with specialist expertise in landscape architecture, horticulture or urban design appointed by the Buildings and Estates Committee on an annual basis
Executive Director Property and Campus Services or nominee
II TERMS OF REFERENCE
The Sub-committee provides advice and recommendations to the Buildings and Estates Committee as required on matters relating to landscaping and the management, development and re-development of open space and the public domain on, and in the immediate vicinity of, the University campuses.
- At the request of the Buildings and Estates Committee the Sub-committee may provide advice and/or comments on design briefs, project reviews, budget allocations and consultant registration/selection relating to landscaping and open space at the University campuses.
The Sub-committee holds no delegations
