The Heritage Sub-committee is a sub-committee of the Building and Estates Committee and provides advice to the it on heritage issues that affect the development of University buildings and grounds.
I MEMBERSHIP
A Chairperson with property related heritage expertise appointed by the Chairperson of the Buildings and Estates Committee
Up to four additional members with specialist expertise in building and landscape heritage and conservation appointed by the Buildings and Estates Committee on an annual basis
Executive Director Property and Campus Services or nominee
II TERMS OF REFERENCE
The Sub-committee provides advice and recommendations to the Buildings and Estates Committee on heritage matters relating to University owned or controlled properties including any developments or proposals which impact on the heritage responsibilities of the University in respect of its properties, buildings and grounds.

The Sub-committee holds no delegations.
