Assessing your needs - Participate in a Business Requirements Interview
Are you in need of advice about setting up a new recordkeeping system? Maybe you have heard about TRIM and wish to find out more? Perhaps you have concerns about how to manage your records in the electronic environment, or you have heard about our Business Requirements Interview process and want to get on board!
What is it about?
- It is the first step in our new procedures for anyone interested in setting up a new recordkeeping system
- Useful for anyone wanting assistance with managing electronic records etc.
- We conduct an interview with you about your records and document management situation.
- Interview usually takes an hour and a half and can be done with just one representative from your area, or we can come and speak to a few of you, either individually or as a small group.
What is the purpose of it?
The purpose of the interview is to find out as much as we can about your document and records management problems, in order for us to then offer you a solution. Once we have completed the interview, we will then send you back an assessment as well as details about the options you can follow to take the next step in improving your document and records management problems.
