Records Retention and Disposal Authority

** All current University Records Disposal Schedules have been replaced as of 12 March 2010 with a new University wide Records Retention and Disposal Authority (RDA).

Before using the RDA, please take the time to read the Guidelines for Use at the front of the document. The Guidelines explain the new layout and format of the RDA as well as providing some instructions on how to use it. They are available to download below as a separate document.

Source Records after Imaging (Digitisation and Microfilming)

** This Retention and Disposal Authority has been withdrawn from use because it no longer reflects current Public Record Office Victoria (PROV) Standards. Staff wishing to explore the possibility of digitising hard copy and then destroying it are advised to contact the Records Management Program.**
