Records Services is comprised of three areas which offer services relating to records management from the point of creation onwards. Our mission is to assist the University in achieving an international reputation for academic excellence by providing quality service and best practice in records management.

The Records Management Program (Lucinda Davies, Jon-Paul Williams, Catherine Nicholls and Peter Bode) have moved offices and are now located on the 1st Floor, 780 Elizabeth Street. Please note Peter Bode also spends some of his time on the 6th Floor, Raymond Priestley. All of our contact details remain the same.
Central Records and Imaging Centre are still located in their respective areas within the Raymond Priestley Building.
A Records Destruction List form has been added to our forms library. This form is to be used when compiling lists of records which are to be destroyed. The form can be accessed from the forms page: http://www.unimelb.edu.au/records/forms.html.
