Records Services is comprised of three areas which offer services relating to records management from the point of creation onwards. Our mission is to assist the University in achieving an international reputation for academic excellence by providing quality service and best practice in records management.

TRIM online training is now available. It has been developed to support clients who wish to do a quick refresher session or to give new clients a look at what is involved in the TRIM training and can be accessed here.

The Imaging Centre (Joe Arthur, Silvia Paparozzi and Stacey Zarifopoulos) have relocated to Level 3, Thomas Cherry Building. Our contact details are the same.
The Records Management Program (Lucinda Davies, Catherine Nicholls and Peter Bode) have relocated to the 1st Floor, 780 Elizabeth Street. Please note Peter Bode also spends some of his time on the 6th Floor, Raymond Priestley. All of our contact details remain the same.
Central Records is still located on Level 6 of the Raymond Priestley Building.
A Records Destruction List form has been added to our forms library. This form is to be used when compiling lists of records which are to be destroyed. The form can be accessed from the forms page: http://www.unimelb.edu.au/records/forms.html.
