Description |
Prime Minister Malcolm Fraser on arrival in New Delhi for the Commonwealth Heads of Government Regional Meeting on 3 September 1980. This was the second of the regional meetings of Commonwealth countries, first proposed by Malcolm Fraser in 1977. The first was held in Sydney in 1978. Their aim was to provide a forum, in particular for small Pacific island states, for discussing matters relevant to South-East Asia and the Pacific. |
