ARTWORK DESCRIPTION Education plants the seeds essential for our community’s growth. The central circle is representative of the different areas in which this process is taking place. Whether it be in a lecture theater, a class room or at the Centre for Indigenous Education, through out the University seeds of knowledge are being planted in the minds of future Indigenous leaders. Fern tendrils grow in each direction, showing these skills being taken back to Aboriginal communities across the country. As this process continues, the growth becomes denser as each of our communities flourish. -- j.harvey4@ugrad.unimelb.edu.au
