This website is to keep University of Melbourne staff informed about the ERP. Implementation of the ERP initiatives commences on 7 September 2009. An information session on ERP Options was presented on Tuesday, 15 September 2009 - slides and a video recording of the presentation are now available for download.
Full information (including Fact Sheets, Application Forms, Calculators and Frequently Asked Questions) is available on each of the ERP Program Components including:
- Voluntary Redundancy Program (VRP)
- Enhanced Early Retirement Options
- Freeze on the Hiring of External Professional Staff
The University will also partner with a market-leading career management and transition services provider, Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH), in offering staff and managers a comprehensive program of seminars and workshops designed to assist informed decision-making.
Any staff contemplating any of the ERP options are encouraged to review the information on this website in detail and consider attending the various support sessions planned for the coming weeks. You should also take the time to meet with your manager who can provide further support and guidance in relation to your options.
