Delivered by leading experts, the degree blends a core curriculum that develops foundation skills for a business career and the scope to study in complementary specialist disciplines.
The Bachelor of Commerce focuses on economics, quantitative methods, and organisational behaviour. There are additional opportunities to develop a program of study over the three years of the degree in the fields of accounting, actuarial studies, economics, finance, marketing and management. The structure of the Bachelor of Commerce meets the accreditation requirements specified by accounting and actuarial professional bodies.
Complementary breadth subjects may be chosen from discipline areas in the arts, the sciences, music, engineering and environments. The course gives graduates the option of proceeding to employment, an Honours year, or further professional or researchrelated graduate studies.
