"Let's Talk About It" panel discussion
Tuesday 7 October

Mental illness and mental distress are too often surrounded by silence, secrecy, stigma and shame. In this forum, we talk about it - what our experiences have been, what we've found has helped us, what doesn't, and hopefully have a good laugh at ourselves too. Come and listen, ask questions and maybe share.

1.00-2.00pm, Tuesday 7 October
Alice Hoy Building, Room 242

Panellists include:

  • Sandy Jeffs, who has been active in the mental health field as an advocate for many years, using poetry as a way of helping people to understand better the experience of mental illness
