"Let's Talk About It" panel discussion
Tuesday 7 October
Mental illness and mental distress are too often surrounded by silence,
secrecy, stigma and shame. In this forum, we talk about it - what our
experiences have been, what we've found has helped us, what doesn't, and
hopefully have a good laugh at ourselves too. Come and listen, ask
questions and maybe share.
