Contacts for Cultural Collections
The Cultural Collections at the University of Melbourne are managed by a number of Faculties, Departments and administrative units. The University's Cultural Collections Advisory Group (formerly Cultural Collections Committee) has a co-ordinating role across all the Cultural Collections, as does the Cultural Collections Unit within the Collections Program of the University Library.
The Collections are managed in accordance with the Policy and minimum requirements for management of Cultural Collections (2006, revised October 2009).
The University's Cultural Policy sets out the guiding principles which assist the University to configure its cultural resources, including its Cultural Collections, to best serve the whole community.
