Copyright Information for Study and Research
All students and researchers use other people's copyright material in the course of their education or research. The Copyright Act has provisions for students and researchers to copy material. However strict limits apply to the copying and use of this material. It is the responsibility of all students and researchers to comply with the Copyright Act.
Students and researchers rely on the Fair Dealing provisions for Research & Study to copy or use material for their education or research. Students and researchers can also use the provisions for Personal Use for some limited copying of material that they own.
