This notice must be used if you wish make a reproduction of a radio or TV broadcast available online, e.g. on the LMS or to communicate to students (e.g. via email)for teaching purposes.
The notice is prescribed under the Copyright Act and Regulations so the wording must not be altered.
This notice must appear either before or at the same time as the material being communicated appears on the screen.
There are other conditions for electronic copying and communication of broadcasts from television, radio etc.; see the guidelines for further information.
