Important notes
Application closing dates vary between faculties or schools and late applications may be considered. Please consult the CAP Officer of the relevant faculty or graduate school.
You will need to also consult the CAP Officer of the relevant faculty or graduate school directly regarding your class commencement and completion dates as they may vary depending on individual subjects undertaken. The CAP Officer of the relevant faculty or graduate school will be able to provide relevant dates for withdrawals, refunds of fees, examinations etc.
The census date for standard Semester 1 subjects is 31 March and the census date for standard Semester 2 subjects is 31 August. Census dates for the subjects in which you are enrolled are detailed on your Enrolment Record.

If the census date is not a working day, you must complete your subject withdrawal by the last working day before the census date.
