University of Melbourne Alumni in Kenya
Alumni and Parents Event in Kenya - September 22, 2006
The University recently held an event for alumni and parents of students in Kenya. The event was generously hosted by the Australian High Commissioner to Kenya, Mr George Atkin, at his residency in Nairobi.
The University was represented by Ms Glen McIntyre, Senior Regional Program Manager with the University's Marketing and Recruitment Offshore team.
It was a wonderful evening attended by about 50 people and was organised by Ms Bobby Sura, Executive Assistant to the High Commissioner, who demonstrated excellent organisational skills. The University looks forward to many more events to enhance the connection with our alumni and friends in Africa.
