- 36 endowed Future Generations Scholarships; and
- 1,250 housing grants to students in financial need; and
- 1,575 study grants to graduate students

The University’s Highest Priorities
Immediate assistance for students in financial need
- he University's Student Financial Aid program provides grants to students with genuine financial need to help them pay their rent and day-to-day expenses. Most importantly, it allows them to focus on their studies.
- These small grants make a huge difference and can prevent a student abandoning their degree.
Long term support for scholarships
- The continued support of the Future Generations Scholarships Fund ensures that scholarships can be made available to students now and in the decades ahead.
- Since 2006, donors have helped build an endowment to support this fund and the scholarships provide students with the opportunity to complete a professionally focused graduate degree.
The Chancellor's Circle
The Chancellor's Circle is our community of generous benefactors who demonstrate leadership and commitment to the University of Melbourne through annual gifts of $1,000 or greater. More>>
Join the Chancellor's Circle
Affiliation with the Chancellor's Circle extends to the end of the calendar year following the donation date, or until the gift is renewed. Chancellor's Circle donors are invited on occasion to special events to interact with University leadership, academic staff, students, and fellow Chancellor's Circle donors in recognition of the University's gratitude for their ongoing support.
Monthly Giving – A Commitment to Make a Difference
Monthly giving is a convenient and affordable way to make a real difference to the area of the University you support. A gift at the Chancellor's Circle level translates to $85 per month. You can also update your account information or change your monthly amount at any time by calling the Advancement Office on +61 3 8344 1751. Your credit card will be billed around the 15th of each month, and a tax receipt detailing your monthly contributions will be sent to you at the end of each financial year.
