Dear Alumni,

July sees the launch of the 2012 Melbourne University Magazine - expect one in your mailbox soon. It also sees the hosting of the fascinating Cultural Treasures Festival at Parkville on 28-29 July, combined this year with the Antique Book Fair and Melbourne Open House.

There is also news on the Mesopotamia exhibition, including free talks at the University and a range of exciting events. Have a look - there are plenty of great things to get involved in!

One of the most successful alumni programs to date is Welcome to Melbourne, which asks alumni to host an international student to dinner. We are in need of 100 hosts for the mid-year commencing cohort. I urge you to join now.

Sincerely
