80-year-old alumnus graduates with an MD from University of Melbourne

An 80-year-old surgeon recently became the oldest person on record to graduate from the University of Melbourne with a Doctor of Medicine (MD).

Mr Robert Marshall, who first graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine from the University in 1948 and obtained a Master in Surgery degree in 1955, received his MD – a postgraduate doctoral degree for medical professionals - on 2 December. more >>

Current Position: Author and artist

Greer Allica has lived on the Mornington Peninsula for more than a quarter of a century which allows her to be close to nature and pursue her artistic interests.

Having worked as a secondary school teacher and librarian, Greer now devotes her time to writing and painting with exhibitions on the Peninsula and in Melbourne bearing testimony to her skill. more >>
