Welcome to the Academic Board of the University of Melbourne
The Academic Board was established by the University of Melbourne Act 2009 . The Board is governed by Statute 4.1, and Regulation 4.1.R1 which specify the Board's executive, recommendatory and advisory powers and obligations and its membership, giving it authority to delegate powers and responsibilities to committees, subject to section 4.1.5 of Statute 4.1.
Council relies on the Academic Board for advice and recommendation on academic (related) matters.
