Regulatory powers of Council
| 8.3.1 | Council may, by regulation, make rules and give directions governing the conduct of persons entering or utilising the premises, facilities or services of the University. |
Imposition of fees, fines and penalties
| 8.3.2 | Council may, by regulation, authorise the University, or a department, officer or agent of the University, to charge fees (including fines and penalties for non-compliance) for the use of and access to any premises, facilities or services of the University. |
Regulations to apply to all users
| 8.3.3 | Regulations made under this statute apply to all persons entering or utilising the premises, facilities or services of the University described therein, whether or not those persons are current members of the University. |
